Wine Bottles, Paper Mache Style

I found some paper I liked, had some wine bottles laying around, and this was the result.  Great to use as a vase, decoration, or whatever else you can think of.  These will be on sale on Etsy soon!

Bow-Button Scarf

I had some left over yarn from my previous blankets, so I made another bow-button scarf.  This one will be up for sale on Etsy soon.  Turns out that I was using Packers colors, which is perfect considering I live in Wisconsin.

The bow pops in and out of a button hole
It's wide and thick, great for any Packers game!

Pumpkin Painting

Instead of carving pumpkins on Halloween, I like to paint on small ones instead.

Sharpie Mugs

I got in to sharpie mugs via Pinterest.  This is one I keep in my office.  On the back, I wrote the George Carlin quote on the back: "Cloud nine gets all the publicity, but cloud eight actually is cheaper, less crowded, and has a better view."

Owl and Mustache Magnets

I turn random things into magnets all the time.  These are a few that I keep in my office now.

Why, yes, my carpet is shag

Mittens, Hats, and Scarves (Oh My!)

It's pretty well-known that I prefer learning how to knit patterns over how to knit shapes.  Even though I've been knitting for 8 years, I just recently started going outside my comfort zone.  I've made dozens of scarves in the past, but these are my first real attempts to knit outside the scarf world.

Accidental hat and mittens from patterns I created on my own.

Bow-Button Scarf

This is my all-time favorite scarf.  Simple, yet super long, warm, and soft.

Bonus!! I puffy-painted this bag.  It holds all our winter gear.
